Silvius Troy is one of the island's first residents. His father, Paris Troy, was one of the three Sims who discovered the isle, and began the town. Silvius was the first person to be born in Mille Fleurs.
Silvius met the witch Octavia Troy in his mid-twenties, a month after she moved to the island. His feelings for her grew quite quickly, and they were married the next year, and with child the year after. A year after that, Silvius had to go to the mainland for family-related issues, a trip that took an entire year. When he returned, he was surprised to find out that Octavia had had a second child while he was gone.
Silvius still lives with his family in a mansion on the coast of the island.
