Episode 1 : The Girl Who Tried To Get In
10 Lucky finalists made it into the competition of becoming Sims Next Top Model and they had a challenge to do a group photoshoot that was shot with Stella Fabeho. The girls were asked to be girls at the 'Vegas Club' , At panel Stella decided who would make the final 9 girls were sent to the house.

Episode 2: Time For A Change
The girls who made it into the house recieved their makeovers from Stella and the girls were all happy that they move to their house and received their makeovers. The girls did a School Girl from "Red Shoe Diaries" ,In which Krista Unieko did not participate due to the fact that she was late.The girls had a special panel dance challenge where they would have a chance to show some dance moves to the Judges.

Episode 3: The Girls Who Reflect
In the third episode only 8 girls remain and 2 girls are going to be sent home and the stakes can't be any higher. The 8 girls are escorted to their third photoshoot where they are playing the role of a "Overemotional Widow", at panel the judges made a hard decision and 2 girls were sent home.

Episode 4: The Girl Who Is Unprofessional
The girls had the opportunity to talk To Tyra herself and ask for advice.The girls had their workplace bathroom and burlesque photo shoot/ reward challenge , The girls had another rumway dance challenge.Unfortunately one girl did not show personality or proffesion and she was sent home.
