Billie Chalk (nee Lillian) is a sim in the town of Ribbon Heights. She is the daughter of Paula Lillian and the sister of Beck Lillian.
In then seventh set Billie is simply a child who moves to town with her mother, Paula Lillian and teenage brother, Beck Lillian shortly after her father's death.
In the eight set, Billie just goes to school and when her mother re-marries to Arsenio she moves into the Onassiser compound and briefly has a step-brother, Armand, and step-sister, Charis. Until Arsenio dies. Paula and Billie then leave town as Beck is a young adult and expresses his desire to stay.
In the ninth set, 2 years later, Billie and Paula briefly return to Ribbon Heights. She is a teenager by this point. She has also become the aunt to Regan and Reed, when her brother Beck marries Gladys Telfair and adopts the boys. She and Paula then leave.
In the tenthset, Billie is absent and away with her mother.
In 2.0, 10 years later, Billie has moved back to Ribbon Heights and is a young adult. She is a recurring chracter.
In the first set, 10 years later, Billie begins dating Carlton Chalk. However, they break up. When her best friend Gal Sharp begins dating Carlton a catfight ensues and they agree to stop dating him. While she is with Carlton they have dinner with her mother, Paula. Upon their break up Carlton is confronted by Beck who tells him to not give Billie a hard time.
In the second set, Billie is simply a background character. Her mother, Paula then moves back to Ribbon Heights, permanently. Billie helps her settle in.
In the third set, Billie runs into Carlton again and on a whim they decide to start dating again. Despite the pact with Gal. After a short reunion Carlton proposes, Billie accepts. They begins planning a lavish weddin, but later decide to go with a small, intimate back yard wedding at her mother's home. Shortly after their marriage Billie recieves a job offer, out of town. They don't want to go but the opportunity is too good to pass up. Billie and Carlton say their goodbyes but, vow to one day return.
