Annabel Wilt and William "Bill" Sell are a main super-couple in the Pineview series sequel, The Next Generation.

Annabel manages to catch the eye of Bill one day while she is out running errands. She had just ended her love-less relationship with Davis Schwann, the father of her daughter, Sigrid Wilt. When Bill asks her out she is, at first, extremely hesitant to date him as she was deeply hurt by Davis. Bil is persistant and after some time she comes around and accepts his offer. They then ebgin to date, but she refuses to introduce him to her daughter and family, out og fear of him getting too close. She later allows him to meet Sigrid and he gets along well with her. After the Clara Shin park fire, Bill decides he loves Annabel and asks her to marry him.

In The Next Generation, it is revealed that Annabel had accepted Bill's proposal. They had since married. Annabel and Bill also had a son, Ljot Sell together. After Annabel finally decides to tell Sigrid that Davis is her father, Bill helps Annabel deal with the fallout and Sigrid's hatred towards her for keeping it a secret so long. Sigrid later comes around and Annabel and Bill spend a good period of time happy and raising Ljot. However, as Bill ages he forgets to do everyday thing's. At Faline Rossim's birthday party, he collapses on the floor due to starvation. It is revealed in Generation 03, that he died.
